This is a dangerous stop, but you can not beat "The Moose Is
Loose" in Soldotna to get the sugar levels up to speed for
the rest of the drive down to Homer.
Fishing outside Seldovia in our sercret grocerty store
fishing hole.
I hope this is not foreshadowing of a life under a bridge in
a box. I should not kid, but he sure looks
comfortable.
The big grin in this picture is do to Dad's side of the boat
being the catch zone. It was amazing how quick the trash
talk started and he was ribbing us about our poor showing...
so we did what was necessary.
We put him in the dingy for the rest of the day - it is
important to keep discipline at the high seas.
The work after the catch, we fillet, and skin these fish to
end up with bonless, skinless fillets and than we enjoy them
all winter - "White Gold"
These next 6 photos are scanning from right to left in the
harbor.
Off to church - we were invited to a neat fellowship in the
Herring Islands - First by bus and truck, then by boat off
to a wonderful cabin for a super mesage and fellowship and
potluck.
